Athlone Hockey Club’s long term vision is to support and actively promote the game of hockey in Athlone. We provide the opportunity to play hockey from the age of 8 up to senior competitive level. Athlone Hockey Club prides itself on creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for all members. New members are welcomed with open arms. If you’re looking for a healthy and sociable hobby please contact us, we’d only be too delighted to have you! We play on the new state of the art pitch at Athlone Regional Sports Centre.<\/p>\n

Athlone Hockey Membership 2025\/2026 Season<\/a><\/h2>\n

At Athlone Hockey Club we have the following teams for the 2025\/26 season:<\/p>\n

Seniors Training Schedule<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nFriday: 7.30 – 9.00 pm – Pitch (Drills and Match Practice)
\nSaturday: 9:00 – 10:00 am<\/span><\/p>\n

U16 Training Schedule
\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Friday: 7.30 – 9.00 pm – Pitch (Drills and Match Practice)
\nSaturday: 9:00 – 10:00 am<\/p>\n

U14 including 6th Class Girls
\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Training: Friday from 6 – 7 pm\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4th & 5th Class Girls
\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Training:\u00a0 Friday from 5 – 6 pm\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1st, 2nd & 3rd Class Girls
